Educational Qualifications

For DEO/DEO Grade 'A': Must have passed 12th Standard in Science stream with Mathematics as a subject from a recognized board.

For LDC/JSA and other DEO positions: Must have passed the 12th Standard or equivalent examination from a recognized board or university.

Cutoff Date for Qualification: Must possess essential qualifications on or before August 1, 2024.

Age Limit

General: 18 to 27 years (Candidates born not earlier than August 2, 1997, and not later than August 1, 2006)

Age Relaxation: OBC - 3 years, SC/ST - 5 years, PwD (UR/EWS) - 10 years, PwD (OBC) - 13 years, PwD (SC/ST) - 15 years

Selection Process

The selection for SSC CHSL 2024 includes two phases:

Tier I: Computer-Based Examination

Salary Structure

LDC/JSA: Pay Level-2 (Rs.19,900/- to Rs.63,200/-)

DEO: Pay Level-4 (Rs.25,500/- to Rs.81,100/-) and Level-5 (Rs.29,200/- to Rs.92,300/-)

DEO Grade A: Pay Level-4 (Rs.25,500/- to Rs.81,100/-)
