Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

  • A Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized university.
  • Proficiency in Odia language (reading, writing, and speaking) with any of the following qualifications:
    • Passed Middle School Examination with Odia.
    • Passed HSC or equivalent with Odia as a medium of examination.
    • Passed Odia as a language subject in Class 8.

Age Limit (as of 1st January 2023)

  • General Category: 21 to 38 years
  • SC/ST/SEBC/Women: Upper age limit relaxed to 43 years
  • PwD (40% disability): Upper age limit relaxed to 48 years

Selection Process
